“NORM CEMENT EXCELLENCE PROGRAM” MEETING WITH SELECTED STUDENTS
Last Friday, a meeting was held at the Norm Cement plant with the students who had applied to the “Norm Cement Guided Excellence Program” and successfully passed the selection process.
During the meeting, the students were informed about their assigned mentors.
The selected students have already begun participating in the program as of this week.
Throughout the program, they will benefit from:
- Participation in training organized by Norm and access to the NEQSOL Academy learning platform
- Professional trainings conducted by Norm experts
- Soft skills training sessions
- Site visits
- Development opportunities through Mercer assessment
Other development tools can be applied based on needs during the mentoring sessions.
